|
This study intends to evaluate the historical annual return on farmland
properties and if this assets should be placed into an investment portfolio. The
risks and opportunities in the industry that an investor should deal with will be
presented in this study. The IRR (Interest Return Rate) will be used to measure
asset’s historical returns and will be the base to compare it with other classes of
assets in the same period.
