This Business Plan has the objective to analyze the Tetê Café e Chocolates
coffee shop, an organization opened in May 2009, by two sisters in Maricá County,
Rio de Janeiro. In this way, it has been measured the inside and outside
environments, as well as the marketing, financial, and operational strategies, so we
can have relevant informations for the measurement of the project success.
