This work focuses on investigating the level of support of the non-profitable
organization AIESEC-Rio in the different concepts of market orientation. AIESEC,
which is a global organization managed by students, promotes international
professional exchange experience programs. This is a case study of the
organization, and how it is related to the construct of Market Orientation.
