Resumo:
In a world where competition is growing and consumers are increasingly more demanding and better informed, businesses are being forced to offer their customers differentiated products and services, with higher quality and lower costs. Noting the need to adapt to this ever-changing environment, Webjet Airlines entered the market, supported by its low-cost, low-fair business model, aiming to win the loyalty of its customers. The goal of this study is to measure the consumer’s satisfaction with the company Webjet Airlines. This report also aims to understand the perceptions of the consumers regarding the relevant attributes in airline services, as well as, what leads them to choose Webjet.
