It is notorious that the sport industry grows at an accelerating pace, both in Brazil and in the world. Following this pattern, Brazilian soccer is increasingly attracting investments. The high number of complaints and dissatisfaction of the fans, when it comes to the purchase of tickets, however, encouraged the present work, which sought to investigate through field research and literature, pricing strategies and sale mechanisms in order to sell more effectively tickets and satisfy the needs and desires of the consumers of such service. Thus, the search result provided the lifting of assumptions and suggestions that should be considered by clubs in order to assist them in improvement of marketing.
