The objective of this study is to identify the consequences of the actions
taken with the quality of life program developed by Vale for its employees. This
study´s main focus is to acknowledge an increase in the motivation, therefore in
the productivity of Vale´s employees.
To achieve such goal, a field research was done via a questionaire used to
interview the employees. Once the results were analyzed, the impact of Vale´s
program on the employees´ daily life was clearly noticed.
