Resumo:
This work has the objective of creating a marketing plan for Royal Macaé Palace Hotel, an establishment due to open on the first half of 2009, with a four star superior hotel classification. With its location in the city of Macaé, the hotel will provide accommodation and meetings rooms services, especially for the executives, as Petrobras has its head office in this city. The marketing strategies that will be used to guarantee excellence and quality of service and fidelity of the clients will be defined through this marketing plan.
