The objective of this research is to identify the potential demand for
real state achievement into the style “Club Residence” in the city of Barra
Mansa, in addition to analyze financially the viability for the project, since
that type of achievement is a trend into the sector that has one of the
highest growth rate in recent years in Brazil.
