Resumo:
Considered a strategic tool in the management of human resources, to assess performance evaluation is key role in achieving organizational objectives and the development of the individual. This perception drives businesses in the search for better evaluations methods. From a managerial approach, this study seeks to identify information that may contribute to the development of a performance evaluation process more efficient and satisfactory. The main methods of assessment and the stages of its implementation are presented in a suggestive manner. Through a work field and an exploratory analysis, the research shows real interest in the enhancement of human capital and indicates needs for training and development to assess the ability of the supervisors of a bilingual school. The fictitious name of Reach School was established to ensure the anonymity of its identity.
