Resumo:
In this present work, it is intended to analyze the process of Recruiting and Selection of Deficient People at Claro company. For better understanding of the case, will be appointed the Recruiting and Selection of People technics and, mostly, the accessibility of deficient people. Also will be appointed the results of the research realized at Claro company. After that, will be made a conclusion and some sugestions for new studies.
