|
This work proposes a strategic approach to Weet Technology, a small
enterprise, recently created to act in the engineering market. Weet offers
personalized consulting services to its clients in areas such as energy,
industry, infrastructure and quality management. The objective of the
enterprise is to accomplish high levels of client satisfaction and, thereafter,
higher profits and growth. Taking into consideration the objectives and the
chosen strategies, we have elaborated an action plan containing activities
that the enterprise must follow in order to accomplish structured growth and
competitive advantage.
