Resumo:
This business plan aimed to examine the feasibility of creating the site Last Time. The main idea of the site is available airfares that the companies failed to sell at a certain time before the plane take off, thus reducing the losses that airlines would have with the passages that were not sold. These passages of last minute will be sold on the site Last Time for a price higher than the variable cost of tickets and lower than the list price charged by airlines, that airlines will reduce the possible losses that would have to empty seats, and obtain a profit margin on sales of tickets for last minute. That will be good for both airlines and for the Last Time.
