Resumo:
Aiming to examine the importance of some attributes of mobile telephone companies in Rio de Janeiro, was carried out a survey in which they were assigned degrees of importance to Shop Service, Price, Options Plans, Consumer Telephone Service, Signal Cover, Mobile Phone Offers, Loyalty Program, Image and Reputation of the Company and Additional Services. Based on the results of the survey, were possible to identify those that the respondents positioned as more important and less important. After analysis of these results some recommendations were suggested for the mobile telephone companies with the aim of improving the relationship with their customers.
