|
The present research looks towards to verify which are the opportunities
and threats of the strategical alliance between Embratel and NET in regards to
the creation of the NETFONE. The theoretical reference is based on some
subjects: Strategical management, marketing strategies, strategical alliances and
strategical models. A case study was realized, in which the collected data were
treated under a qualitative perspective and properly crossed with the theoretical
reference, helping to generate the needed insights in order to analyze the
obtained results and will serve as a starting point to future studies.
