Resumo:
This study presents a Preliminary Diagnoses for “Barcos Gará”, a new small company of nautical tourism. It is shown the necessity of the realization of actions to get this company known at the place where it is established, as get it known at the nautical tourism area. This presentation discuss the mistakes incurred by the directors of the company, and how this mistakes could be fixed to make the name of Barcos Gará known, at least, in the region that it acts. The actions are viable and could be easily implemented.
