This business plan aims at examining the business viability of Minha Casa,
Meu Sonho Reformas e Construções Ltda, a construction and restoration
services provider for the low-income communities starting its activities in
Copacabana, at Tabajaras Community. It seeks to demonstrate the market
penetration, administrative and operational strategies, target market and
environment analysis, costs and prices budgeting. It will also calculate and
analyse the business profitability rates and financial return.
