The objective of this work was to analyze if the policies that encourage
diversity, regarding women, into the organization, are really implemented and
respected. Therefore, a case study was developed, confronting the policies and
the organizational daily life in a multinational corporation, the KPOTY, which
adopts a global policy of stimulating diversity and inclusion. For this porpouse,
was used a qualitative methodology, official documents were researched and
employees of both genders had been interviewed. Later, the data was analyzed
by the discourse analysis method. The results show contradictions between the
organizational speech and the employees` perception about the policies adopt by
the company.
