This paper intends to relate the ethical models with the decision made by
professionals, considering the changes in work relations that arise from a context
of globalization, competition among companies, and structural changes in the
production; among other factors.
The movie “Le Couperet” served as a case study, since it portraits the
current situation, allowing us to observe the professionals’ reactions to these
“new organizations”.
It’s not about a having single ways of making decisions, because that will
depend on the context of the situation and on those that are involved. The impact
created by these changes seems far from being fully understood.
