To realize that in many companies, whatever the branch for which this act in
the market, are losing significant amounts of capital for a detail that can be
easily controlled, the senior management is looking increasingly welcome the
investment in controls that can ensure the information contained in their
business processes.
The company s financial arm, in turn, has some peculiarities from the
dynamics required by the market. It is more proof that misuse of information
occurring by access to inside information of companies may lead it to lose a lot
of money and even to its bankruptcy. Appears, therefore, the importance of
studying the strategic control of information security.
After the study we saw that the company´s employees are not with the
knowledge sufficient to ensure the information they handle daily. From this,
control of information security will be suggested in this project to minimize the
leakage of information from companies in the financial branch.
