Resumo:
This work consists on the analysis of the importance of the Third Part Logistics for the Food Service Business trough the possible gains and opportunities that can be obtained. It also analyzed the main characteristics that this Third Part Logistics should have to become capable to work with this type of business with all its particularities, and also the indicators that should be analyzed to control the service that the Third Part Logistics are providing. The work was constructed with theoretical study and a study of case with the Franchising brand Spoleto. Reviewing the interview’s responses it was concluded that this kind of third part allowed the Franchising brand to obtain gains and the business focus to be the right one: sell meals.
