To mantain a custumer could be 80% cheaper than conquest another one. But when companies starts paying attention to its customers they will see that much more than maintain a simple name-phone-address database is needed to really know them. A huge study is necessary to have their personality well known, allowing the development of new business opportunities. More important than have this data is transforming it into precious information to the company. At this point is where specific software developed exclusively to the company is necessary, showing all suitable information to improve the companyÂs production methods and grab more clients.
The development of this software and all documentation needed are on this report, and the final product is the complete software fully functional to a real world computing company.
