The Information Tecnology Director Plan is a process developed for structuring
strategically, tactically and operationally organisational informations, through projects,
information and knowledge sistems, people and Information Technology, covering
habilities, skills, hardware, software, nets, data and information management of all the
infrastrutcture necessary to give suport to the decisions, actions and organisational
process projects. The present work is an Information Tecnology Director Plan of a big
company developed between 2007 and 2008 by the author, the teacher advisor and
the consultig team.
