|
This work introduces a study about sustainable local
development in the enterprise Favela Receptiva located in
the city of Rio de Janeiro, Vila Canoas and Vila da Pedra
Bonita community in São Conrado, Rio de Janeiro. The
objective of this case study is to verify if the enterprise
is putting into practice the concept of sustainable local
development inside their business as they declare in
their discourse. This research is a qualitative analysis of
the applicability of sustainable local development in the
Favela Receptiva enterprise and it is based
on data gathered among the community connected to the
business.
