|
Climate research is a valuable tool that allows analysis of work
environment and identifying weak and strong aspects, in
order to propose
suggestions that improve employee work conditions. This work
has the goal of
demonstrating how a climate research was conducted in a food
service
corporations specialized in delivery. To garantee the
accomplishment of this
study we researched, among others, the concepts of climate
and climate
research, identifying its steps. Results of the climate
research conduced in a test
group of active corporation employee were also analyzed.
