|
The work presents a Business Plan developed for an
independent company
of exploration and production of oil and gas in Brazil. This
company was
established after the Petroleum Law was enforced in 1997,
which abolished the
monopoly over the Upstream activities. The main motivation
is to help the
company to follow the development of its operations and
achieve a leading
position in the upstream segment, focusing on the
exploitation and production of
shallow water and onshore blocks.
