Resumo:
More and more people are consuming through the web, motivated by convenience, speed and the many options available over a distance of one click. This study seeks to discover the perceptions that some young cariocas have on the purchase of virtual artifacts of fashion. These young people like fashion and are concerned to follow the trends, see the Internet as part of their lives, and have a high level of demand in the context of products and services. In this scenario, the study below, exploratory in nature, is aimed to understand what are the positive and negative aspects of the channel identified by these consumers, considering the dynamic fashion, time and virtual touch.
