Resumo:
Theres a very strong need to understand and follow all the Project management techniques in order to sell a product or a service even if this is not the main goal of your business, the main reason for this, is to assure the highest quality in the deliverables of the your business. In order to assure this, was created the triple constraint theory. This theory is related to the following issues: scope, time and cost management and states that any changes made to any of these three items will affect directly in the other two, compromising the projects quality. This study was made based on the importance of this theory in project management. In order to test and prove this theory this study researched many projects and employees inside a real world organization called CPMBRAXIS, as well as the proper known documentation from de Project Management Institute (PMBOK).
