Resumo:
This exploratory study has the objective to investigate purchasing behavior of young buyers in vintage stores of class A and B, residents of the South Zone at the city of Rio de Janeiro. In-depth interviews were conducted with consumers in the luxury segment of second-hand clothes, trying to investigate the perceptions about the concept of vintage stores and the motives that justify the intention of buying in this particular segment. The data were collected from interviews, interpreted and analyzed and have been presented a few discoveries on the subject of the chief motivations as of ten consumers from the segment studied , in which, it could refer to the need to differentiation via the clothes and the one appreciation from the ancient.
