Resumo:
This business plan had as on objective to study the feasibility of implementing ten kiosks from the convenience food segment in the subway stations of Rio de Janeiro. For such, the followings analyses were made: market study, industry structure analysis and main competitors research. From those analyses, a strategy for the business was developed as well as a work plan for the company. Finally a financial plan was made and it has been concluded that the project is profitable since the NPL (Net Present Value) and IRR (Internal Rate of Return) were positive within the current Brazilian economy.
