This business plan is to analyse the feasibility of
deploying one of beauty salon at the Catholic University of
Rio de Janeiro. This is a business that fit into the
industry of personal hygiene, perfumery and cosmetics and
has as objective the provision of treatment and personal
care. In this analysis, will address the four areas of
administration, aimed at studying the flaws and strengths,
and to establish the strategies to circumvent the
shortcomings and exploit the opportunities of the venture.
From this analysis can verify if the project is viable and
profitable.
