Resumo:
This assignment is a Marketing Plan for Petite Danse that is a dance school in Tijuca, Rio de Janeiro. The internal environment was a topic that has been analyzed with a student s satisfaction research and a SWOT analysis. The external environment study has been made by the Michael Porter s five forces model and a study about demographic, economic and cultural environment. Analyzing these points, were proposed a new strategy line to be followed.
