|
This work intends to identify the perception and opinions
that the supporters
of Fluminense Football Club have about the soccer team of
it. The work also
intends to measure the level of satisfaction of them and
commercial opportunities
that could appear from there on. For the accomplishment of
this work, a research
was made with those supporters in question. Last of all, as
analysis of the
achieved results, conclusions and recommendation were listed
so that the club
can use this work for any purpose they want.
