This is an analysis of PAUTA DISTRIBUIDORA logistics, one of the
Souths biggest computer associated distributor of the
country. The companies
supply chain operation will be studied in order to identify
an area which can be
improved. This will reflect on the service rendered to their
clients. Enabling
PAUTA to lower their costs and improve their service.
