Resumo:
The booming of digital music revolution brought to the market a new product, the digital music player. Based on this fact, a research has been done aiming at discovering the most important characteristics that drives a consumer to buy a digital music player and iPod consumer s behavior as well. The results of the research indicated that the most important characteristics in a digital music player are quality, storage, technology and price. It also revealed that iPod is widely known by its consumers, making the brazilian market attractive to Apple business.
