Resumo:
The objective of this study is to provide a better understanding how marketing's actions may increase sales in Americanas.com. The methodology involved investigation and analysis in order to understand Internet's users in Rio de Janeiro and Sao Paulo their main preferences and perceptions on marketing's activities. The review is complemented by the development of three types of research: with suppliers, questionnaire, and practical analysis. The collected data were used to identify the perceptions of those interviewed on the company marketing's actions.
