|
The present study deals with the consumer behavior of the
students of
university PUC in Rio de Janeiro. The study that has been
done, intend to make
the diagnostic about the stunt behavior tryng to understand
the hole process of
buyng a product or a service. The analysis was made about
the facts which
cames from the perception of one necessity until the
decision oh chose PUC as
university by the students. Then the study provides the
relation of satisfaction of
the students whith the chose that they made in study at
PUC. A research was
prepared, and the questionnaires was given to diferents
students os PUC-Rio to
get the all kind of perceptions that the students have.
