This work seeks to implement methods of improving the production process of the Energetica Ind. Com. Ltda., more specifically the Sampler of High Volume to Total Suspended Particulates (Hi-Vol). This sought to work with the concept of Planning Control of Production, the main methods of demand forecasting and planning aggregates in a comprehensive addressing its advantages and disadvantages in its development It´s important to always improve the internal processes for the company not to lose competitiveness. The Energetica´s High Direction needs to continually improve their processes to take control of costs, and monitor the needs of internal and external customers to ensure their fidelity. At last, the High Direction can use this as an example to set standards of other products that compose its family.
