Resumo:
The present study made a revision of the literature about the endomarketing´s concept. A service company was elected to be the focus of the analysis which assumed that a company does not necessarily need to have the concept of endomarketing formally applied in order to practice it. The research counted with an interview with a member of the board of directors of the company where it was tried to relate a few existing activities with the concept under study, and the perceptions of the employees of some aspects of the management system. The results pointed out to the clear existence of the presence of the endomarketing´s philosophy in the company.
