Resumo:
The objective of this study is to analyze the consumers perception on Nestlé Ice Cream merchandising materials. The study also evaluates the performance of these items according to a marketing research. Each individual has his own perception of point of sales materials. One could or not be influenced by merchandising items. The information obtained in the research was collected from 20 consumers at Barra da Tijuca and Rio de Janeiro South Zone. The results identify the materials that consumers are more aware and the ones that most influence the purchase. Additionally, it recognizes the items that should be improved.
