Resumo:
This work offers proposals for the expansion of the structure of business linked to the stock market of securities brokerage and commodities exchange, converging for the interest in non-institutional new customers, in the context of expansion of services offered by this type of financial institution; seeking analyze the characteristics of clients researching new investments and the expectations placed on this demand. It also offers alternatives to the new understanding of the market for potential investors scholarships. So when it is possible to consider that a new investor is prepared to face the risks offered by this type of investment in stocks income variable. It is believed to be more common to hear that a person usually disappoint themselves very easily when decide to enter the financial market. Just remember there are long periods in which the macroeconomic problems prevailed as obstacles determinants in the absence of such acquisition within the perspective of the small investor. The years in which they lived with inflation created a series of obstacles that hampered retail investors and did with that demand for safer alternatives, such as, for example, savings, becoming more attractive and protected by investors (Tachibana, 2004). The survey, prepared to be a tool for collecting information, contains key issues that can diagnose the level of knowledge of the investor and determine which points are crucial in their decision to invest. The questionnaire was applied for a specific sample of potential customers. The result of the work directed actions to be taken to increase the attracting on securities brokerage and commodities exchange.
