Resumo:
In times of transformations of the entertainment industry, a case study was carried through where the studied company, EMI Music Brazil, was evaluated under the optics of strategical planning. The study focuses on the commerce of digital music. Everything that refers to the production, promotion, distribution and selling of music for the diverse digital forms have been considered at the study. Therefore, possible strategies have been pointed with respect to EMI survival in the industry, for example, the possibility of supply of musical content in its diverse forms and the combat to the substitute products.
