Such essay aims to analyze how is developed the career
structure to whom
that start working as trainees and nowadays are executives
in KPMG Auditores
Independentes. And this study also intends to verify its
benefits, results and
possible improvements.
Other than documental and bibliographical research,
trainees and former
trainees - who today hold respectable positions in the
company - were
interviewed. And also an interview was done with the Human
Resources
department to explain the career structure program.
