Resumo:
The purpose of this work is to analyze the attributes that are related to Air Parts customers satisfaction. A research was conducted to identify the degree of customer´s satisfaction, and also to discover the profile of these customers. As a result, it was found that in general the company has a good relationship with its consumers. But some attributes should be studied in order to fully satisfy the needs and desires of their customers. As a general suggestion, it would be interesting that Air Parts in commemoration of its 25 years, made a catalog with all its history, including machines offered, employees who are from the beginning of the company and also photos showing all its developments.
