This plan business had as objective to analyse the Manab
company Commerce of Ltda Packing, as well as studying the
market in which is inserted. It intended to know
the description of the matrix, located in Copacabana and to
plan a new branch office, in Barra da Tijuca, Rio de
Janeiro, having as objective main, the evidence of the
viability in the opening of this new branch office, and its
competitive advantages.
