The A! Body Tech is one of the academies more recognized
marketing of
fitness, in Rio de Janeiro, focused on classes A and B.
This work aims to identify the satisfaction of customers of
the benefits
offered by A! Body Tech in relation to services, care,
hours of operation, location,
activities in the pool, price and form of payment and
equipment, hygiene and
appearance. The information to do this analysis were
obtained through a search of
satisfaction, answered by clients of the academy! Body
Tech, irrespective of sex
and age. The results found identifying the aspects that
most satisfying their
customers and not satisfying. Thus it is possible to
support school administrators to
understand these needs and try deleted them.
