Resumo:
The need of businesses become flexible and structured to respond to an increasingly turbulent market, creates a need to look at its internal drivers, their officials. The goal of the study includes the mapping of the practices of Identification and Retention Talents in a large of Telecommunication s company, with a targeted view to Management of Skills. The redemption of this concept, recent and constantly enhanced, was contextualized by several authors with recognition in the market and in academic, serving as the basis for the success of the goal, which makes it possible to verify the strengths and weaknesses in common practices in companies.
