Resumo:
The stile of leadership of a company impacts in the way its process are executed and consequently on the result it achieves. Based on this prerogative, the present work intends to identify the stile of leadership of the university PUC-RIO such as analyze if it is aligned with the new management paradigm of the human capital taking as reference the theory of the Situational Leadership in which two types of leadership are identified: autocratic and democratic.
