Resumo:
This work has the objective of understanding how the price influences sales of informatics department at Americanas.com. It is necessary to acknowledge if the price is the most important factor for the consumers when they buy through Internet. Knowing its influence, the Americanas can act, intending to expand the number of clients. It was made a research, analyzing the behavior of the consumers with a variation of the prices in the informatics department as to obtain data that express the impact of them on sales. That way, Americanas will know how to stand in a situation that requires a quick and effective attitude in order to change a possible bad sales scenario.
