Resumo:
The general objective of this work is to provide a better understanding of the online consumer behavior, and about to It he pretended - in case that investigate, to understand and analyse the behavior of the consumers online from the Rio de Janeiro, identifying the uppermost concerns and insatisfações in relation to the acquisitions on the Internet , aside from emphasize the chief attributes than it is to influenciam the consumer at the moment from the he buys.
