This work intends to identify as the employees of the
logistic area of a
company ice cream manufacturer can contribute, so that he
has an efficient
control of trade assets, therefore a representative part of
the assets of the
company were lost in result of the lack of an efficient
control and of the
inexistence of the management of the supply of these
equipment. This fact
caused a damage considerable value for the company. The
present work has as
objective to analyze as the collaborators can help the
company to get efficiency
in the management and have controlled, preventing that this
problem if
aggravates and then diminish the loss of equipment.
